Privacy Policy Conditions

• The present Privacy policy (hereinafter – Privacy policy) is a document which defines main rules of collection, management and storage of personal data and other important information, scope, aims and other important aspects of personal data for persons who use the fragrance.ee system.
• The Privacy policy is applied to all persons (both natural and legal) who use fragrance.ee system.
• The Privacy policy is designed to protect data of users of the fragrance.ee system from illegal use.
• fragrance.ee respects the right to personal privacy and undertakes all reasonably possible efforts to ensure safety and confidentiality of personal data and other information processed in the fragrance.ee system.
• All personal data collected by fragrance.ee are processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts of the Republic of Estonia (legal basis: Article 6, Paragraph 1, Clause b) of the GDPR).
• All personal data collected to perform legal obligations, for example, with regard to performing accounting obligations (legal basis: Article 6, Paragraph 1, Clause c) of the GDPR).
• In the case of legitimate interests of fragrance.ee or a third person, except for when such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data (legal basis: Article 6, Paragraph 1, Clause f) of the GDPR).
• Based on customer consent, for example, for the purposes of receiving a newsletter (legal basis: Article 6, Paragraph 1, Clause f) of the GDPR). If the customer has given consent to receive a newsletter, they have the right to withdraw their consent at any time by clicking on the ‘Remove’ link attached to the newsletter.

Compliance with the Privacy Policy

• By visiting the website (www.ticketbest.eu/lv/lt/fi/ee) and / or using the information and / or Services contained therein, the person acknowledges and confirms that s/he has learned the Privacy policy, understands it and agrees to it. If the person does not agree to the Privacy policy and conditions set forth therein, s/he does not have the right to use the fragrance.ee system and Services provided via the system.
• By agreeing to the Privacy policy, the person gives fragrance.ee the right to process his/her personal data under the procedure set forth in the Privacy policy.
• fragrance.ee system contains links to websites of third persons, companies or organizations (which are event organizers) and the personal information provided when purchasing a ticket or registering to a specific event is transferred to the organizer of the event. fragrance.ee does not hold the responsibility for the content of websites, personal data processing methods and assurance of personal privacy on the websites of event organizers (or other third persons), even if the person accesses websites of third persons via links provided on the present website; thus, prior to providing information about him/herself, the person shall learn the rules, privacy terms and conditions and other documents of the relevant website and its manager, related to processing of personal data.

Personal Data Collected in the fragrance.ee System

• Certain data on the present website, which fragrance.ee receives directly from the person, may be considered personal data; thus, fragrance.ee processes such data in compliance with requirements of the legislation and other legal acts of the Republic of Estonia and provisions of the present Privacy policy.
• Website visitor: A person can visit the website of the fragrance.ee system and read the information given therein without providing any information about him/herself to fragrance.ee.

Ticket buyer

• If a person wishes to buy a ticket to an event published on the fragrance.ee website, fragrance.ee always requests to provide a personal email address where the purchased electronic tickets will be sent later.
• fragrance.ee mandatorily requires and processes the following data of the person who uses the fragrance.ee system to purchase tickets: first and last name; e-mail address; phone number.
• .When a person purchases a ticket, the email address provided by the person might be transferred to the organizer of the event of the purchased ticket. By confirming the order of the ticket to the event, the person also confirms his/her consent to transfer the personal information (personal data) s/he fills in to the event organizer.
• The fragrance.ee system provides the possibility to the event organizer to create fields of additional information about ticket buyers (event participants) for a specific event.
• Besides the mandatorily collected email address, event organizers may optionally collect via the fragrance.ee system the following additional data of persons registering to a specific event: name, surname, phone number, phone number. The date of birth and the address are collected only in exceptional cases, when such data is mandatory for participation in the event.

Purpose of Personal Data Collection

• All data, which the person provides when purchasing a ticket in the fragrance.ee system, are processed for the following purpose: to purchase a ticket via the fragrance.ee system. fragrance.ee requires from persons to provide personal data exclusively for the present purpose.

Use of Personal Data for Purposes of Internal Administration

• fragrance.ee has the right to use collected personal data for purposes of internal administration: in order to improve operation and functionality of the fragrance.ee system, to better understand needs of users, improve Services, etc.; also, if a person has voluntarily provided his/her personal data for a certain specific purpose to fragrance.ee, fragrance.ee can use this personal data for this specific purpose, e.g. if a person contacts fragrance.ee via email to submit a request on Services provided in the fragrance.ee system, fragrance.ee saves and uses data provided by the person to submit the answer to the person's questions, solve the problem and reply to the indicated email address or other indicated contact data.
• fragrance.ee uses also personal data collected when using Services in the fragrance.ee system for purposes of direct marketing.

Voluntary Nature, Accuracy and Completeness of Data Provision

• All information, which a person provides to fragrance.ee, is provided in accordance with the principles of voluntarity, accuracy and completeness of information. When purchasing a ticket in the fragrance.ee system and / or providing personal data, the person agrees for his/her personal data to be processed under the procedure and for purposes set forth in the present Privacy policy and transferred the event organizer.
• fragrance.ee does not verify the provided personal information. It is considered that the information provided by the person is complete and accurate, and the person who provides the information holds the responsibility for accuracy and completeness of the provided information.

Disclosure of Data

• fragrance.ee may disclose personal data or information provided by the person, when such disclosure is required by the valid legislation or competent institutions. fragrance.ee may also disclose personal data or information only if it is not prohibited by the legislation and only when it can be objectively justified in the specific case. fragrance.ee commits to do not disclose personal data to third persons, expect for the following cases: when the person gives his/her consent for disclosure of personal data; when providing Services – to a specific event organizer who organizes the event, to which the person has purchased a ticket, having informed the person thereof (as provided in the Present Privacy policy and also in agreements with event organizers); to law enforcement institutions under the procedure set forth by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia; if it is necessary to prevent or investigate criminal activities; in other cases set forth by the legislation.
• In case of the need, fragrance.ee reserves the right to employ other persons at its own discretion for execution of certain functions on behalf of fragrance.ee. For such persons to be able to execute assigned functions, they may be given access to certain personal information. However, in such cases fragrance.ee will ensure that the mentioned persons will not able to use such information for any other purposes and only to the extend necessary to execute the assigned functions.

Storage of the personal data

• fragrance.ee will not store personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes of processing personal data or permitted under applicable law.
• Personal data regarding contracts concluded between fragrance.ee and the customer are generally stored by fragrance.ee for up to 3 years after the transaction (legal basis: Article 6, Paragraph 1, Clause f of the GDPR, legitimate interest and limitation period for claims as referred to in Subsection 146 (1) of the General Part of the Civil Code Act).
• fragrance.ee accounting documents that may, in certain cases, include personal data, are generally stored by fragrance.ee for 7 years from the end of the economic year when the economic transaction with regard to the document was recorded in the book of account pursuant to the source document (legal basis: Article 6, Paragraph 1, Clause c) of the GDPR, legal obligation and limitation period as referred to in Section 12 of the Accounting Act).

• The fragrance.ee website uses cookies. They are small text files that contain information stored in the computer of the customer for tracking or identifying the customer.

Learning personal data stored by fragrance.ee, correction of inaccuracies, refusal from data processing, and other rights

• The person has the right to demand to learn his/her personal data collected and stored by fragrance.ee via the fragrance.ee system, their processing method and ask for such data to be provided to him/her. Once a calendar year such data may be provided free of charge, but in other cases provision of data may be charged at the amount which does not exceed the cost of data provision.
• The subject of personal data has the right to demand from fragrance.ee to correct all inaccuracies of his/her personal data free of charge. The subject of personal data also has the right to refuse to have his/her personal data processed and disclosed to third persons, except when it is necessary to provide Services on the website.
• The subject of personal data has the right to stop the data processing (delete the data) in case the personal data has been processed under the consent of the person, when the person revokes his/her consent, or when the personal data is not anymore necessary for the purpose it was collected, or if the personal data has been processed illegally, or if the personal data must be deleted under legal obligation. A written request regarding a refusal from data processing must be submitted to fragrance.ee personally, by email or other electronic means of communication. If the refusal is legally justified, fragrance.ee, after examining the request, will stop processing the data, except for cases stipulated by the law. It shall be taken into account, that the right to delete personal data immediately may be limited or not feasible due to a legal obligation of fragrance.ee to store clients’ personal data.
• The subject of personal data has the right to demand to limit the data processing when the subject of personal data disputes the accuracy of such data for a period of time within which the data processor can verify the accuracy of the data; when the data processing is illegal and the subject of personal data does not agree for his/her personal data to be deleted and requires to limit their use instead; when the data processor does not need the data for the purpose of data processing anymore, but they are required for the subject of personal data to declare, execute or protect legal requirements. The data processor shall inform the subject of personal data, whose data was limited to processing, prior to removing the limitation to process the data.
• The subject of personal data has the right to address a complaint regarding his/her data processing to a supervisory institution, if the client assumes that his/her data are processed in breach with his/her rights and legal interests under applicable law; to address the personal data processor and/or the data protection officer regarding the implementation of his/her rights; other rights stipulated by legal acts.
• The request to access personal data stored by fragrance.ee, correct them or refuse to have them processed has to be sent to the email address support@ticketbest.ee. In the request, the person shall clearly indicate his/her name, surname and email address.
• Like many website managers, fragrance.ee monitors hits of the fragrance.ee system and the website, and collects information on how many people have visited the website, what is the server domain name of the visitors' Internet service provider, etc. This information is collected automatically when visiting the website. It helps the website manager to understand how visitors use the website and allows to improve Services provided by fragrance.ee.
