Nuit de Megève is inspired by Albert Fouquet's travels to the exclusive ski resort of Megève in the 1930s, shortly after it was created as an alternative to St. Moritz for high society.

It is an ode to a magical evening filled with laughter, fireside conversations, and dancing, which Fouquet spent in the company of the elegant and strikingly beautiful Annick, with whom he got along wonderfully.

He wanted to preserve every memory and knew that the best way to do so was to create a fragrance that would transform the magic of Megève, the mountain air, the smoke from the wood-burning fireplace, and the party atmosphere into an exquisite scent.

Bright bergamot and warm nutmeg open the composition, smoothly transitioning into a heart of tonka beans, clove buds, and violets. The long-lasting base of ambergris, cedar, and amber evokes the eternal elegance, quiet glamour, and subtle magic of night in a majestic mountain retreat.

Top notes: bergamot, nutmeg.
