A Rose is a Rose! This emblem of beauty, love and romance is an inspiration to all, but particularly to perfumers. Who does not aspire to a Rose garden? Who can fail to be moved by the Jardins de Bagatelli in the Bois Boulogne in Spring? Here the Head notes are garlanded with Roses, central to which is the Demask Rose. The Body is also a single perfusion of Star Anise, finished with a light touch of Vanille, countered by the weight and depth of Amber. No 2 was launched in 2009. The nose behind this fragrance is Prudence Kilgour.
